The Phase 7 release applies accessibility checks to the portal shell and the principal journeys for Panchayats, notices, documents, registrations, forms and search.

- Keyboard access with persistent, high-contrast focus indicators
- Responsive reflow from 320 pixels upward, with deliberate scrolling for wide data tables
- Text alternatives for informative images and decorative icons hidden from assistive technology
- Status announcements for search and filter results
- Reduced-motion support and layouts that remain usable with larger text
